Shipping Policy

Thank you for choosing Marrie for your hair accessories. We aim to dispatch your order quickly and deliver it safely. Please review the information below for our current shipping services to the United Kingdom.

1) Destinations & Services

  • United Kingdom (UK): Royal Mail Tracked 48 — Free delivery on all orders.
  • Tracked/express upgrades may appear at checkout when available.

2) UK Delivery

  • Service: Royal Mail 2nd Class (untracked).
  • Delivery aim:2 – 3 working days from dispatch (may take longer during peak periods, strikes, or adverse weather).
  • Cost: Free on all orders.
  • (Optional) If a tracked upgrade is offered at checkout, tracking details will be emailed after dispatch.

3) Order Processing

  • Handling time: Orders are usually processed within 1–2 working days (Monday–Friday, excluding UK public holidays).
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next working day.

4) Address Accuracy

  • Please enter your address exactly as required by your country’s postal format.
    • UK: Include house number/name and a valid UK postcode (e.g., WA7 4AL).
    • USA: Include State (2-letter code) and a valid ZIP (e.g., 94105 or 94105-1234).
  • We aren’t responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incomplete or incorrectly formatted addresses.

5) Tracking, Delays & Lost Parcels

  • Untracked services (UK 2nd Class and USA Air) do not provide live tracking; in some cases a delivery confirmation scan may appear.
  • Delivery timeframes are estimates, not guarantees.
  • If your order is late, contact us at Support@marrie.co.uk. We’ll open an enquiry with the carrier once their investigation window is reached.

6) Customs, Duties & Taxes (USA)

  • International orders are shipped DDU. Any duties, taxes, brokerage or handling fees are payable by the recipient.
  • Customs policies vary; please check with U.S. Customs and Border Protection for guidance before ordering.

7) Packaging

  • We use protective, eco-conscious packaging wherever possible to ensure your items arrive safely.
