Ordering

How do I place an order with Marrie?

Browse our products, choose the item and any available options you would like, then add it to your basket. When you’re ready, proceed to checkout, enter your delivery details and complete payment using one of the available payment methods.

Will I receive confirmation after placing my order?

Yes. Once your order has been successfully placed, you should receive an order confirmation at the email address provided during checkout. Please check your spam or junk folder if you cannot see it.

If you still cannot locate your confirmation, contact support@marrie.co.uk.

Can I change or cancel my order?

If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible at support@marrie.co.uk with your order number.

We will do our best to help, but once an order has been processed or dispatched, we may no longer be able to change or cancel it.

UK Delivery

Do you offer free UK delivery?

Yes. We offer free standard UK delivery on orders placed through Marrie.co.uk unless otherwise stated at checkout.

How long does UK delivery take?

Our standard UK delivery normally takes approximately 2–3 working days after dispatch. Delivery times are estimates and can occasionally be affected by weekends, bank holidays, seasonal demand or circumstances outside our control.

How will my order be delivered?

We use suitable UK delivery services depending on the order. Where tracking is available, the relevant delivery information will be provided after dispatch.

My order hasn’t arrived. What should I do?

First, check any tracking or delivery information provided with your dispatch notification.

If your order appears delayed or you need assistance, email support@marrie.co.uk with your order number and we’ll look into it for you.

Do you deliver outside the UK?

Available delivery destinations will be shown during checkout. If your country or location is not available, please contact support@marrie.co.uk before ordering.

Payments

What payment methods do you accept?

The payment methods currently available for your order will be displayed securely at checkout. These may include major debit and credit cards and supported digital payment options.

Is it safe to order from Marrie.co.uk?

Payments are processed through secure payment providers. Marrie does not require customers to send card information by email.

If you ever receive a suspicious message claiming to be from Marrie and requesting payment details by email, contact support@marrie.co.uk.

Returns & Refunds

Can I return an item?

Yes. If you would like to return an eligible item, please follow the instructions in our Returns & Refunds Policy or contact support@marrie.co.uk with your order number.

For hygiene reasons, some personal hair accessories may have return restrictions once opened or used, where permitted by applicable consumer law.

What should I do if I receive the wrong item?

We’re sorry if this happens. Please email support@marrie.co.uk with your order number, a brief explanation and, where helpful, a photograph of the item received.

We’ll review the issue and advise you on the next steps.

What if my product arrives damaged or faulty?

Please contact support@marrie.co.uk as soon as possible. Include your order number and photographs showing the problem where possible so that we can investigate quickly.

How long does a refund take?

Once an approved refund has been processed, the time it takes to appear in your account depends on your bank or payment provider. Refunds are normally returned to the original payment method.

What types of hair accessories does Marrie sell?

Our collection includes hair claw clips, banana hair clips, side combs and other practical hair styling accessories. Our range includes different sizes, colours and designs for everyday styling and different hair types.

How do I choose the right hair claw clip?

Consider your hair length, thickness and the hairstyle you want to create.

Fine or shorter hair may work better with smaller or lighter clips, while medium, thick or long hair may benefit from larger clips with more capacity. Always check the individual product description and measurements before ordering.

Are Marrie hair clips suitable for thick hair?

Some of our larger hair claw clips and other styles are designed to provide more room and grip for thicker hair. Suitability varies by product, so check the dimensions and product description before purchasing.

Are your hair accessories suitable for fine hair?

We offer several styles that can work with fine hair. For fine or lower-density hair, choosing an appropriately sized clip is particularly important, as an oversized clip may not provide the desired hold.

How do I know the size of a hair accessory?

Measurements are provided on individual product pages wherever applicable. We recommend checking these measurements rather than relying only on product photographs, as images may make an accessory appear larger or smaller than its actual size.

How should I care for my hair clips?

Keep your accessories clean and dry and avoid unnecessary exposure to water, perfumes, hairsprays and harsh chemicals.

Do not force a clip open beyond its natural range. Store hair accessories somewhere they will not be crushed or placed under heavy objects.

Can the colour look slightly different in person?

Yes. We aim to represent colours accurately, but slight differences can occur because of photography, lighting and individual screen settings.
